Oh to be an Art Journal...................

Where it is Beautiful to be Fat & Lumpy!!!

These are just some of my well loved art journals! I do the covers last. Need to do the cover on the larger red covered one, as well as my The Decorated Page workshop art journal cover. That one is falling off the stack in the bottom picture. As I look at the pictures I realize that I need to do more edge embellishments.
How many do you have?

thanks for stopping by my blog! Fat balls are suet and seed bird feeders, but me being as juvenile as I am, get a giggle every time I see them.

I love your art journals, BTW. Never have done one myself, but I do find them beautiful and inspiring!

YES! Fat and Lumpy books are the BEST! I love to swap pages for chunky books with lots of fibers, beads, danglies! Tonight, I'll dream of what might be inside those delightful journals.

don't know if it was intentional or not, but the journal on the top back with the face looks like they are falling over backwards and they are scared about it.

I love your fat lumpy journals. Mine are getting there too.

I LOVE fat and lumpy! Isn't it weird that the edges of the journals can be so satisfying, even without opening the book!!!

I don't have one journal finished yet. One has only a couple pages left; I really should finish it but the pages are only half covered with drawings and I don't know what else I want to draw on them. Hmmm, maybe I'll get my granddaughters to add a pic and one will be done. I have a few more going and one is actually turning into a fat book! Colorful pages. I love flipping through it. Your books make me want to dive into them.
