Points out some very interesting "myths" of happiness. I really liked today's myth You'll be happy as soon as you............ I see myself in alot of these "myths". I think I found this site thru Kathry Antyr http://www.collagediva.com/. I think Gretchen points out alot of things that go along with the soul Journal group and other journal prompts & groups that encourage us to look inside ourselves.
